Modeling and Simulation: Molecular Dynamics and Monte Carlo Simulations, CFD Modeling, Lattice-Boltzmann Simulations, Population Balances.

Nanotechnology: Modeling, Synthesis and Characterization of Metal Nanoparticles, Functional Nanoscale Architecturers, Microfluidics.

Polymers: Polymer Synthesis and Polymers Degradation Using Various Routes.

Computer Skills

Languages : C, C++ and Fortan

Software Packages : CFX, Fluent, FEMLAB, IMSL, Aspen, Mathematics, Matlab and Labview. Apart from using these packages, students also write their own code for Finite Volume Methods, Molecular Dynamics, Monte Carlo simultations, Lattice-Boltzmann Simulations, Population Balance Equations, Optimization and Optimization Algorthms
